Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC)[1], in partnership with Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC)[2] and VietinBank[3], signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in London to develop a 200MW Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Center Complex in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City. The project’s total investment is estimated at nearly 2 billion USD, funded through a combination of equity and commercial loans.

            KBC brings extensive expertise in industrial and urban infrastructure development, while AIC has participated in numerous large-scale data center projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. AIC aims to establish a long-term partnership to develop a network of hyperscale data centers that will support the growing demand for cloud computing and AI in the region. VietinBank will serve as the financial partner, providing project financing, advisory, and capital mobilization services.

            Under the MoU, the parties agreed to leverage their respective strengths to implement the first phase of the project and explore expansion to other locations across Vietnam in subsequent phases.
