Trung Nam Ca Na Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment JSC plans to convert approximately 170 hectares of salt fields, aquaculture areas, and forest land (including protected forests) into industrial land for the Ca Na Industrial Park Project (Phase 1).
The project spans 378 hectares, with a total investment of 154,38 million USD, comprising 15 percent investor equity capital and 85 percent mobilized capital.
The plan to convert agricultural and forest land was outlined in the environmental impact assessment report submitted to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The project was required to undertake environmental impact assessment as it involves protected forests and may affect the Quan The spring water source. The investor has pledged to implement technical and environmental measures to manage wastewater, reduce noise, and ensure labor safety during both construction and operation.
Under Khanh Hoa Province’s development plan, Ca Na Industrial Park is among the province’s key infrastructure projects and is expected to become a coastal industrial-service-logistics hub, driving economic growth in the South Central region.
